It often happens that people do not arrive on time for their booked tour or do not arrive on time. We urge guests to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Our tours also continue in bad weather such as rain. If you as a guest no longer wish to participate in our tour, we strongly request that you cancel the tour. If you have booked with one of our partners such as Freetour.com or Guruwalk, we request that you also communicate your cancellation there.
Particularly when the weather is bad, it sometimes happens that guests do not show up. From now on we are therefore forced to take measures for this. This is because you also keep a place occupied for another possible guest.
If you do not show up or show up late during one of our Freetours from today onwards, we will be forced to charge you as a guest 5 euros per person. This is to cover the administrative costs we incur and the costs we incur on your bookings on the platforms of our partners such as Guruwalk or Freetour .com. You will then receive a payment link from us by email, which you must pay within 7 days.
We deeply regret that we have to take this step, but we would like to continue to offer the Freetours and unfortunately that is not possible this way.
